Robin Feeney is a very experienced Trial Lawyer having spent the last 30 years representing injured people in Philadelphia and around the country in both State and Federal Court. She only ever represents Plaintiffs and never the insurance company.

Robin has represented many very seriously injured people and recovered millions of dollars for their losses.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University where she completed the five year Co-op Program having worked for the University of Pennsylvania, Arco Chemical Company and Mobil Oil. This experience gives her a unique ability to understand how injuries happen. It allows Robin to bring a greater understanding of the science of car accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents and slips, trips and falls to the case. In doing so, Robin gets the best results from the experts and the best possible results for her clients.

Directly after college, Robin attended Widener University School of Law Delaware. There Robin began her love of litigation. She had the opportunity to serve as a Student Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard A. Powers U.S.M.J. This provided the unique view of how trials work from behind the bench. In her third year, Robin participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic where she represented indigent parents in Domestic Relations in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.

Robin has the unique distinction of being one of the very few Plaintiff’s attorneys who has successfully tried a medical malpractice case in Dauphin County where plaintiffs rarely ever win. This is because she is tenacious and never gives up. This deep commitment to excellence starts at the inception of the case and continues through Trial and, if necessary, on Appeal. One of Robin’s most significant results was against a Fortune 500 Company and its mega insurance company regarding Underinsured Motorist Benefits in Pennsylvania under the Pa MVFRL. She is not afraid to take on the big monied interests and make them pay. Robin also settled a death case in the Western District of Oklahoma where she demonstrated the driver of the truck that killed her client was under the influence for $2.5 million dollars.

Robin was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, Pa and came to Philadelphia in 1989 when she entered Drexel University. She has stayed in the area since that time, marrying her high school sweetheart and raising a family of four.
